I offer a variety of programs and packages including 6-12 week programs and blended training ( a mixture of online and in-person sessions). Please note that there is an extra fee in addition to the prices below for gym training, due to facility fees. If you just want an exercise prescription without the personal training, contact us today for a quote! Don't see an option you like? Contact me so we can get you a custom package!

For Gym Training, the rate is set at $75/session along with a $40 monthly membership fee.

In Home Packaging

If you want the flexibility to spread out your sessions as you need, then this is a great option! For 30 minute sessions, it starts with $20 for a single session, $55 for 3 sessions and $90 for 5 sessions. For 45-60 minute sessions, it's $40 for a single session, $110 for 3 sessions and $180 for 5 sessions.

This option gives you the ability to train with me 30 minutes a day, up to 2 times a week. Or 45-60 minutes a day, up to twice a week for $260. Ask about how you can save 20% by committing to 3 months!

ONLINE TRAINING

Online Packaging

Starting at $17 for one online session, $50 for 3 online sessions and $80 for 5 online sessions. You will be trained in real-time, unless you choose otherwise.
